How much does shipping cost?
We have done our best to get the shipping price as low as possible. This means that the shipping cost is just $10 per 6-pack of Windmill Ginger Brew.
Where do you ship to in the US?
Windmill Ginger Brew can ship our product nationwide, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
When will my order ship?
Due to our products perishable nature, all orders are fulfilled on Mondays so that it is in your fridge just in time for the weekend! Orders received after 10:00 AM CST on Mondays will ship the following Monday. Thank you and we appreciate your patience for the short wait!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number for FedEx via email. You can use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
How are my items shipped?
Windmill Ginger Brew is packed in such a way to withstand 72 hours of transit. It is packed in an insulated cooler along with ice packs so that the product will stay cold until it arrives. Be sure to refrigerate as soon as possible, and of course, enjoy!
Do you ship to my country?
Windmill Ginger Brew can currently ship to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We unfortunately cannot delivery to international addresses at this time.
Returns
Windmill Ginger Brew does not accept returns of our Ginger Brew. However, if there is an issue or discrepancy with your order, please contact us at info@windmillgingerbrew.com
